Introducing Blair Sohl, a dynamic and energetic trainer at TSS SATX, dedicated to helping youth unlock their full potential. Blair is a decorated multi-sport athlete with a background well versed with over 12 years of experience as a D1 track and field coach, he holds an NSCA-CSCS certification as long as level 2 certifications within sprints/hurdles, jumps, throws, multi-events, and strength and conditioning. Blair offers group personal training for adults and athletes with a 1:5 ratio, focusing on Olympic lifting techniques, athletic counseling for coaches and parents, general fitness training, sports training, and virtual coaching for long-distance clients. is here to guide you every step of the way.
